1817935 2009-08-04 No Violations Noted
1874563 2010-03-30 No Violations Noted On March 30, 2010 I visited the above site in response to a complaint regarding excessive runoff from the site. Also on site was DEP WQS Supervisor Vince Yantko. We met with the complainant at the location. He was concerned that excessive runoff was being discharged to his propeorty as a result of the construction of the access road for the well. Drilling was completed on 12/04/2008. Our inspection found the following: The access road was in good condition. The inlets to all of the crossover drains need cleaned and maintained. The outlets for the culverts must be protected with stone rip rap to dissipate the impact of the falling water. We recommend adding an additional crossover drain between the one marked with flagging tape and the crest of the hill approaching the well site based on spacing specified in the O&G Operators Manual. Vegetative cover is adequate, however, we recommend additional seed and mulch along the access road in order to achieve uniform coverage.
