The 13 3/8” casing was set at 934 ft. on 4/24/16 and cemented to surface with 35 bbls returned. Coal was found from 883 ft. to 892 ft. A basket was set at 850 ft. Just set 9 5/8” casing at 2568 ft.

The 9 5/8” casing at 2568 ft. on 4/25/16 and cemented to surface with 36 bbls returned. A Casing Annulus Packer was set in the 9 5/8” casing string at 1769 ft. KOP was at 2680 ft. TD was at 6600 ft. on 4/29/16.

Moved onto this well on 5/22/16 and resumed drilling at 6610 ft. on 5/24/16. KOP was at 4900 ft. EOB on the curve was at 8885 ft MD (7890 ft. TVD). Currently at 12,931 ft. and drilling ahead.

TD was at 13,877 ft. MD (7943 ft. TVD) on 5/27/16. The 5 ½” casing was set at 13,870 ft. on 5/29/16. The estimated TOC is at 4900 ft.

2705021 Primary Facility 2018-03-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Cogar well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. EQT currently has a rig on site and is drilling 1 of 6 new wells. The well heads onsite are contained inside subsurface vaults covered with equipment for the drilling process and could not be visually inspected. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.

The site had some stabilization issues on the SW side of the access road. I there was some slides forming inside and outside the LOD. I spoke with Brian Morris from EQT about the issue and we arranged a site inspection on 3/13/18 at 1:30pm to discuss the plan for stabilizing that area.
