1991920 Primary Facility 07/28/2011 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Rig is on-site. Drilling in progress. Site ID sign and E&S plan located along the access road. Pit appears to be in sound condition. There are no signs of erosion or sedimentation.
1993376 Primary Facility 08/03/2011 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was ongoing at the time of the inspection. Drill pits located onsite. Pits contained drill cuttings and fluids. Pits had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. E&S controls had been implemented as outlined in the E&S plan. Operator should continue to monitor the erosion controls to insure their continued functionality until well development activities are completed.
1996855 Primary Facility 07/27/2011 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted US Energy Rig#4 RD20 drilling 12 3/8" hole at 1524' at time of inspection. Pit lined and freeboard maintained.
