1143101598 2015-06-10 Production Wells No Violations I performed a routine status-check of this well. The well was equipped with a gas-driven pumpjack. The polish rod was lubricated, and the production valves were open. The well head was surrounded by weathered, oil-stained soil. Identification was posted at the well. The tank battery is shared with Enervest wells PN#(2061 & 1806) and this well shares a production tank with PN# (1806). The tank battery consisted of two 100 bbl storage tanks, one 50 bbl brine tank, two vertical separators with drip bottles, one mechanical separator with a drip bottle. The tank battery was surrounded by a dike. There was a significant area of oil-stained soil by the vertical separators on the north side of the dike measuring 87 inches by 136 inches. I spoke to Matt Bennington, pumper for Enervest to have the contaminated soil removed and properly disposed of. I will follow up during the week of August 1st. The lease road to the tank battery was in good condition, but the well head was located in a pasture and the lease road to the well head was overgrown.
