Tank battery consists of 2 - 210 bbl oil storage tanks and 1 - 50 bbl plastic brine storage tank ; common tank battery with permit number 1904 and 1913 . 1369832429 2013-05-20 Production Wells No Violations Inspect well site in conjunction with Melissa Stinchcombs complaint of well making excessive noise when pump jack is running. When I arrived on site, I observed the pump-jack was in operation and there was a squealing noise everytime the pump jack was at the top and bottom of its stroke. I walked around the pump jack and checked the pittman arm bearings, the tail bearing, and the saddle bearing. The saddle bearing is hot and it appears that it is the bearing making the squealing noise. I contacted Charlie Youngen (Enervest Field Supervisor) and advised him about the the complaint, the noise, and the hot saddle bearing. He advised that he would have a pumper grease the bearing until they could repair the saddle bearing. There are no violations at this time. The Division has no rules / regulations reguarding noise in Non-Urban areas.
