Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1220573070 2014-09-02 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. Identification was posted on the tank battery and wellhead. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl production tank, one 100 bbl brine tank, and one vertical separator. The tank valves are plugged. There is a meter box with a current chart showing production. No dike is present around the tank battery. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift and a domestic supply line. The access road and site are stable. The operator will be contacted to address the dike.
1242006273 2016-11-01 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check of well # 2-0577. A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. Lease access is through a farm/residential driveway that is in good repair. The well location is within an agricultural field and is stable with well-established vegetation. No identification is present at the well head. The 8.625 casing head is below grade. The 4.5 production casing is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves are in the open position. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A domestic supply connection is present. No earthen dike is present around the production equipment. Producion equipment on location consists of one (1) vertical separator, one (1) meter house and two (2) 100 bbl production tanks. Minimum spacing requirements are met. During the inspection I could audibly detect production fluid flowing into the tanks. The vertical separator is in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. The meter house is a standalone structure. The structure remains in good repair. The meter box inside contains a current 16 day chart. No audible or visual leaks were observed within the plumbing of the meter house. The production tanks remain in good repair with no leaks observed on the body of either tank. Correct and legible identification is conspicuosly placed on the South tank. All valves are in the closed position and contain plugs. The hatch lids are closed. The absence of an earthen dike around the production tanks is a clear and present hazard. I will contact Enervest Field Superintendent Joe Teppert to schedule the installation of an earthen dike around the production tanks.
