1469551760 | 2014-08-14 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on site to conduct a status check. Identification was posted on the tank battery but was missing the permit number. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl production tank, and one vertical separator. A brine tank was not observed. The tank valve is plugged. There is a meter box with a current chart showing production. The dike is present but worn down and needs to be brought up. Identification is posted but not legible. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift and a domestic supply line. The access road and site are stable. The operator will be contacted to address the identification and dike issues. |
