0908236762 2014-09-03 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. Identification was posted on the tank battery. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl production tank, one brine vault, and one horizontal separator. The tank valve is plugged. There is a meter box with a current chart showing production. A dike is present. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift and a domestic supply line. The access road and site are stable.
1506098674 2017-09-20 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0806. RBDMS indicated the owner was current with reporting production. The lease road remained in good repair. Correct identification was present. The 8.625 well head was above grade and contained a closed valve in the side port. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. No leaks were detected. Production equipment consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank, one (1) concrete brine vault and one (1) meter house. The ground union inside the separator was leaking fluid to the floor of the separator. The fluid was not mobile. The production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine vault remained in good repair. There was staining on the ground adjacent to the vault consistent with a legacy operation. The vault was holding fluid with freeboard. The meter run contained a current 16 day production chart. I contacted Enervest Superintendent Joe Teppert regarding the ground union valve. Mr. Teppert stated he would have the valve repaired to stop the leak.
