0677899026 2017-04-03 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0958. A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. The lease access road was also utilized for agriculture and remains stable and drivable. The well head was located in an agricultural field and was stabilized with well-established vegetation. Correct and legible identification was present at the well head. The 8.625 well head was below grade. An annular port riser was plumbed above grade and contained a valve that was in the closed position. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A casing pressure gauge indicated 480 psi. A tubing pressure gauge indicated 240 psi. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) buried concrete brine vault. The separator remained in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. Lease operator Don Pohovey replaced the 17 day production chart during the inspection. The separator was positioned outside of the earthen dike. The earthen dike present around the production tank and brine vault was stabilized with well-established vegetation and free of fluid. Correct and legible identification was present on the tank body. The tank body remained free of holes. No leaks were detected. The drain line valve was closed and plugged. The load line valve was closed and plumbed to the brine vault. The hatch lid was closed. The brine vault was in good repair above grade. No evidence of overfilling was present. The vault was holding fluid with freeboard. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1384140145 2017-06-26 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check inspection on well #2-0958 in regard to complaint #5630. At the time of my inspection, the 8.625 casing head was above grade and closed to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. A casing gauge indicated 460 psi. A tubing pressure gauge indicated 220 psi. I did not detect any evidence of changes or alterations to the well since my last inspection. The tank battery remained free of fluid. No evidence of spills or releases were observed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
