0728231504 2017-04-14 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the condition of the production tank replacement on well #2-1022. The tank battery is shared with well #2-1021. Equipment on location currently consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank, and one (1) concrete brine vault. An earthen dike that was stable was present around the production tank and vault. The diked area was holding fresh water from recent precipitation. The Owner replaced the former production tank with the 100 bbl production tank. The tank was currently in primer. Correct and legible identification was posted on a sign within the diked area. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed, grounded, and plumbed to the brine vault. The hatch lid was closed. The tank was in good repair. No holes or leaks were identified on the body of the tank. The brine vault was in good repair above grade and contained adequate freeboard. No violations were observed during this inspection.
