0260421101 2017-07-18 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to follow up on the improvement of the earthen dike around the production equipment and repairs to leaks on the production tank. The Owner has improved the earthen dike walls to contain a release. The dike was free of fluid. The owner has coated corrosion on the top ring of the tank with black paint. The corrosion was not leaking at the time of inspection. No further action is necessary.
0483359163 2017-03-28 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1465. Lease access was through a residential driveway that was stable and drivable. The well location was within an agricultural field and was stable with well-established vegetation. Correct and legible identification was present at the well head. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. Production valves were in the open position. A casing pressure gauge indicated 100 psi. A tubing pressure gauge indicated 60 psi. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank, and one (1) 1300 gal poly brine tank. The equipment was contained within an earthen dike that was stable and free of fluid. The East side of the dike was worn and would not contain a release given the downgrade slope of the battery. The horizontal separator was in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. The meter house contained a current production chart. Correct and legible identification was present on the tank body. I observed several holes approximately 2-3 feet below the top of the tank on the East side of the tank. No production fluid was leaking down the side of the tank. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plumbed out to the top hatch of the poly brine tank. The hatch lid was partially open. The poly brine tank was in good repair with no cracks or leaks. The inlet valve was closed. The drain valve was closed but not plugged. I called and spoke with field superintendent Joe Teppert regarding repairing the worn dike, repairing the holes or replacing the production tank and installing a bull plug in the poly tank drain. I will conduct a follow up inspection to determine the status of repairs.

1651172268 2015-07-21 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. Identification was posted on the tank battery. The tank battery consists of one 210 bbl production tank, a 35 bbl poly brine tank, and one horizontal separator. The tanks valves are sealed with a plug. There is a meter box with a lock on it. A dike is present and in good repair. The wellhead is equipped with an electric pumpjack and a domestic supply line. The access road and site are stable. No violations were observed.
