0234074465 2012-02-01 Production Wells No Violations On 2/01/2012, I performed a status check on the above well site. No violations were noted at this time.
0968889023 2015-12-16 Production Wells No Violations I was on site to conduct a status check. Identification was posted at the tank battery and wellhead. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl production tank, a 50 bbl poly brine tank, and one horizontal separator. The tanks valves are sealed with a plug and locked. There is a meter box with a current 16-day chart showing production. A dike is present. The wellhead is equipped with a plunger lift unit. A domestic supply line is coming off the wellhead. The access road and site are stable.
1630508359 2017-07-26 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1481. RBDMS indicated production was current. The access road, well and tank battery locations were stable. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Correct identification was present. No leaks were detected. A domestic supply connection was present. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 140 bbl production tank and one (1) 25 bbl poly brine tank. The separator remained in good repair. The meter house contained a current 16 day production chart. The production tank was in good repair. Correct identification was present. Valves were closed and plugged. The poly brine tank remained in good repair. The inlet valve was closed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
