1438055210 2016-12-20 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to follow up on the updating of owner information on the well head identification sign. The well head identification sign has been updated to correctly identify the current Owner of record. No further action is necessary at this time.
1477573946 2016-10-24 Administrative Inspection No Violations While inspecting well # 2-1643, I met Enervest lease operator Steve Pegg. During our conversation Mr. Pegg indicated that he had corrected the well head identification sign to represent the current operator. No further action is necessary.
1494696570 2004-10-20 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1-1,100 gal. plastic salt water tank, 1-separator and a dike.
1540157429 2016-10-13 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check of the Manson Merrick #3 well (#2-1482). RBDMS indicates the operator is current with reported production. The lease road to the well head and tank battery is drivable and in good repair. The well site is within a field and is stable with well--tube assembly and from the motor valve. No fluid was collecting on the ground or migrating. All production equipment is enclosed by an earthen dike that is stable and sufficient for containment. Production equipment within the dike consists of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank, and one 25 bbl poly brine tank. Minimum spacing requirements are met. The horizontal separator is in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A current chart was in the meter house. The production tank contain correct, legible and conspicuously placed identification. The tank is in good repair, no leaks were detected. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The brine drain valve was closed and plumbed to the brine tank. The hatch lid was closed. The poly brine tank was in good repair and holding fluid. No holes or cracks were observed. The inlet valve was in the closed position. No evidence of overflow existed. While on location, I called and spoke with Enervest Field Manager Tim McConaha concerning the incorrect well head identification. Mr. McConaha acknowledged the request and would have a lease operator update the identification within a week.
