1714483522 2017-01-23 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1486. A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. Lease access is through a farm driveway that remains stable and in good repair. The well and tank battery are located within an agricultural field. Both locations are stable. Correct and legible identification is posted at the well head. The 8.625 casing head is below grade. The 4.5 production casing is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No audible or visual leaks were detected. The tank battery is shared with wells #2-1521, #2-1487, #2-1456 and #2-1457. An earthen dike that is stable is present around the production equipment. The interior of the dike remains free of any fluids. Production equipment inside the dike consists of four (4) horizontal separators, four (4) 100 bbl production tanks and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separators were not identified as to which well they operated. No audible or visual leaks were detected in any of the separators. Each separator contained a current production chart. Correct and legible identification was conspicuously placed on the tank bodies to identify the specific well that produced into the tank. The tank for well #2-1486 remained in good repair with no detected leaks. The load line valve was closed and contained a plug. The drain line valve was closed and plumbed out to the vault. The hatch lid was closed. The vault contained minimal fluid. No evidence of overfilling existed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
