1136618437 2017-11-08 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1649. The access and locations were stable. A review of RBDMS indicated production was current. Correct identification was posted at the tank battery. The 8.625 casing was above grade and closed to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with #2-0633. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was constructed around the equipment. Equipment specific to #2-1649 consisted of a horizontal separator that remained in good repair and contained a current production chart and a 210 bbl production tank. Correct identification was present. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine vault remained in good repair above grade. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1169014740 2006-10-31 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Inspection revealed that Union Drlg has Tded the well and moved off location . Inspection of the drilling pits revealed that the liners are intact and the fluid levels are acceptable . No violations at this time .
