0346681154 2019-01-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a pumping unit that was in operation. There were no leaks around the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of two 210 barrel steel tanks in an earthen dike. There were two separators in a smaller dike, and one separator down near the wellhead. Bull plugs were installed in the load valves on the tanks. Correct, legible identification was posted, and there were no leaks around the tanks.

There were no leaks around the wellhead components. The production equipment consisted of two 210 barrel steel tanks in an earthen dike. There was one horizontal separator near the pumping unit and one near the tanks. Neither separator was in containment. There was also a one MFC master separator near the tanks. Correct, legible identification was posted and I found no leaks around the production equipment.
