1507048050 2017-10-03 UrbanProduction Wells Violations Noted At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were open. The well was fenced with legible signage. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery was shared with wells 2-1292, 2-1293, 2-1342, and consisted of five 100 BBL production tanks, one 50 BBL steel brine tank and four mechanical separators. Valves on the separators were open and all charts showed production. One of the 100 BBL production tanks was leaking brine from the heater tube. The 50 BBL brine tank was rotted out at the tank valve location. The tank battery was diked and fenced with legible signage. The lease access was stable. I contacted Kyle Ahbel from Enervest about the leaking 100 BBL and 50 BBL tanks and to have them cleaned out and removed.
