0064198108 2015-01-28 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The well and tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery is surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of five 100 BBL production tanks, a 50 BBL brine tank, and four mechanical separators. The proper identification was located on the tank battery and the wellhead. The lease road is in stable condition. The lease road and tank battery are being shared by permit numbers 2-1293, 2-1291, and 2-1292.
1168354899 2007-01-09 Production Wells No Violations Well has been mined around on the north side. Mining is 25 from the well. No past spills evident. No homes within 300 of well.
1290841584 2017-10-03 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were open. The well had legible signage. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery was shared with wells 2-1292, 2-1293, 2-1291, and consisted of five 100 BBL production tanks, one 50 BBL steel brine tank and four mechanical separators. Valves on the separators were open and all charts showed production. One of the 100 BBL production tanks was leaking brine from the heater tube. The 50 BBL brine tank was rotted out at the tank valve location. The tank battery was diked and fenced with legible signage. The lease access was stable. I contacted Kyle Ahbel from Enervest about the leaking 100 BBL and 50 BBL tanks and to have them cleaned out and removed.
