0878937669 2019-04-09 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. The purpose of my inspection today was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5-inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 1.5-inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The production valves were in the open position. A small gas leak could be heard on the packing on the tubing head but no odors were present. The production equipment for the well consisted of one 210-barrel tank, one horizontal separator, and a sales meter. The sales meter had a 2-inch diameter sales line, a .75-inch orifice plate, and a chart meter with current chart. Enervest operating submitted reports of gas production for the year 2017. Accompanied by ODNR inspector Rick Brown.
