0826270315 2015-06-26 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 100bbl tank within an earthen dike, a horizontal separator, a logically controlled motor valve, a 2 inch sales meter with a .75 inch orifice and a chart recorder. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 1.5 inch tubing, a plunger lift system and domestic gas service with valves in the open position on the tubing and 1 of 2 open on the casing supplying the domestic gas. Identification was present and production records were current.

During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. A domestic gas service was attached to the 4.5 inch diameter casing with a drip, a Little Joe regulator, and an open valve. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one horizontal separator, and one sales meter. The sales meter had a 2 inch sales line, a .75 inch orifice plate, and a chart recorder. Identification was present and production records were current.
