0969150624 2015-04-17 Production Wells No Violations On the date of inspection I found production equipment to include a 210bbl tank, 50bbl plastic tank, and a horizontal separator within a partial earthen dike. The well is equipped with a gas plunger lift system, 1.5 inch tubing, 4.5 inch casing, and 8.625 inch casing. The tubing valve is in open position and one casing valve is partially open. Identification is present and production records are current through 2014.
1217137752 2016-04-14 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection accompanied by Inspector Mark Moreland, I witnessed Atlas Noble has a crew on site working on the final restoration process and the well head has been cut 3 feet below surface. While on site I met with Company Supervisor Chuck Woods, who informed me that the restoration process will be completed when the water saturated grounds dry up and allow for better conditions to grade the grounds. I will be back on site at a later date to complete the final restoration.
1440424089 2017-08-23 Production Wells No Violations On the date of inspection I found production equipment to include a 210 barrel steel tank, 40 barrel poly tank, and a horizontal separator within a partial earthen dike. Outside of dike is a 100 bareel steel tank on its side. This plunger lift well is equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, and 2.375 inch diameter tubing. The tubing valve is in open position and one casing valve is partially open. Identification is present and production records are current in RBDMS. Meter chart indicates well is producing.
