1548173603 2019-01-22 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and in production at the time of this inspection. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. The diked tank battery was fenced with a locked man door, and contained legible identification. The lease access was stable.

1992616593 2017-02-09 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger lift system and associated tank battery. The production elements were located on an otherwise open parcel developed for agricultural use. The battery was enclosed in a chain-link fence-type enclosure. The battery was comprised of a 100-barrel steel production tank. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from signs of spills, leakage, or other problems. The secondary containment was intact. Access to the well is afforded by an unpaved, shared-use farm road that enters from SR 20 and travels north past the tank battery and to the well 1,800 feet south. The road was in reasonable condition. A four-wheel drive vehicle is advised for access to the well.
