0480637523 2018-02-08 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0693. RBDMS indicated the owner was current with reported production. Access to the well and tank battery was snow covered and passable. Correct identification was posted at the well head. The 8.625 well head was above grade and open to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. A snow covered earthen dike was present around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) steel brine tank. The horizontal separator remained in good repair and contained a current production chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair. The inlet valve was closed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1452593828 2007-11-28 Production Wells No Violations I preformed a random field inspection. GPSd the tank battery and the well for the first time. ID signs were posted. The tank battery was in good shape. I found no violations at this time.
