Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
000PL13168 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
1934720255 2018-05-17 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1488. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well and tank battery was through a residential driveway and remained in good repair. A chain link fence enclosure that contained correct identification was present around the well head. The 8.625 well head was plumbed above grade and closed to atmosphere. A line was connected from the valve and terminated inside a plastic 10 gallon carboy. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No present or evidence of leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the tank battery. The East side of the dike was worn. The tank battery was shared with 2-1489. Equipment on location consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day production chart. The separator was operating during the inspection. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The vault remained in good repair above grade and was holding fluid at freeboard. No violations were observed during this inspection.
2088204288 2018-05-17 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1488. Access to the well was through a residential driveway. The well location was stable. The well was within a chain-link fence enclosure that contained correct identification. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The annulus was plumbed above grade and into a closed plastic barrel. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. A domestic supply connection was present. No spills or leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with #2-1489. A earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. The dike was worn on the East side but capable of containment. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) steel production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator remained in good repair and was operating at the time of inspection. The meter box contained a current 16 day chart. The production tank exhibited some exterior corrosion. No leaking or staining was observed on the body. Correct identification for all wells produced into the battery was present. Valves were closed and plugged. The vault remained in good repair above grade and was holding fluid at free board. No fluid loss was observed. I will contact the lease operator to recommend decanting the vault. No violations were observed during this inspection.
