0260191081 2018-01-16 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2502. ODNR-DOGRM Northeast District Supervisor Stephen Ochs was present during the inspection. Access to the well and tank battery was snow covered. The well was enclosed by a chain-link fence enclosure. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. The drive belts were removed. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. A snow covered dike was present around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) 100 steel brine tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 31 day production chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair. The inlet valve was closed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
