0255223060 2008-09-17 Production Wells No Violations I performed a random field inspection. The tank battery and the wellhead were GPSd. I walked around the tank battery area and found it was in good shape. The ID signs were posted. I found no violations at this time.

1216457485 2004-08-02 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Arrived on site for surface job. Company encountered atesian flow that was discovered when the rig shut down to work on the mud pump. Had problems pulling the pipe out and running the casing in. It took approximately 3 hours to wash the seventeenth joint down. It was decided by the company to not run the last joint in. It took another two plus hours to wash down the landing joint. The cementers had problems with debris in the mix water plugging theirs screens. Going into the pump truck and going into the hopper. One of which caused them to shut down during the mixing of the cement. The cement returned to the surface but dropped back. The company is to fill from the top in the morning.
