0102221099 2016-12-12 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today is a status check on a producing well. During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing, 2.875 inch diameter intermediate casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a pumping unit powered by natural gas. The intermediate casing valve is open and the tubing valve is open. A domestic gas line with an open valve, a drip, and a Little Joe regulator is attached to the intermediate casing. The production equipment consists of one horizontal separator, one chart meter, and one 100 barrel tank. The identification is located on the 100 barrel tank, the production records are current, and there are no violations present.
