1927089812 2018-03-26 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. The tubing valve was in the closed position. The production casing valve was in the open position and a gauge present read 35 pounds per square inch. The production equipment consisted of one 210 barrel tank, one drip, one horizontal separator, and one sales meter with no chart present. All equipment was within an earthen dike. All valves entering and exiting the separator appear to be in the closed position. The identification was located on the 210 barrel tank and the production records were current with Enervest submitting zeros for production.
