0401119570 2012-08-16 Plug / Plug Back No Violations My inspection today finds the Chipco service rig has moved on site. The rig crew released the packer; however the tubing would not move. I was acompanied by Dave Ball.
1345550978 2012-08-20 Plug / Plug Back No Violations My inspection today finds the well is static. The service rig crew could not get the casing ripper down the casing (set down at 80). Rig crew pulled on the pipe it was parted at 80. They were unable to screw back on to the casing string.
