1292715701 2019-01-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, horizontal separator, drip and 2-inch diameter meter run with chart recorder all contained within an earthen dike. There was a domestic gas hookup off the production equipment with a positive shut off drip, rotary style domestic meter and 2 1-inch diameter plastic lines off the domestic meter. The well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, 4.5-inch diameter production casing using a casing plunger lift system as means of production. Identification tags were present, and production was reported for 2017.
