0716018195 2018-07-30 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead fenced and equipped with 2.375 rods and tubing and operating with the aid of an electric powered pumping unit. The unit is currently running and the gauge on the tubing flow line is fluctuating between 80psi (downstroke) and 150psi (upstroke). A gauge on the 4.5 production casing indicates a pressure of 80psi. This well produces to a diked tank battery on location and contains one (1) 140 barrel tank, one (1) 50 barrel tank, and a vertical separator with an associated meter run. The chart at the meter run indicates a differential production pressure of 40psi. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. No violations.
1265686682 2010-12-27 Production Wells No Violations Enervest reported a tank leak at the Twark tank battery on 12/23. The leak was from the bottom of the tank and was estimated at 30 bbl of oil and brine. A portion of the release was contained inside of the earthen dike. Larry Barnett and Stallion Oilfield Service were both on site when the spill was reported, initiating spill clean up. On 12/27, the affected soil was stockpiled and ready for removal. The leaking 210 bbl tank was removed and waiting to be steam cleaned. A new 140 bbl tank was being delivered. The well should be ready to turn back on later this week. The companys response was appropriate and effective.
1295880409 2011-01-19 Production Wells No Violations The leaking stock tank has been replaced and the containment dike is completed. The required identification still needs to be posted at the tank battery.
