0502914295 2015-09-14 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with a 4.5 plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consists of a 210 barrel production tank, a 100 barrel brine tank and a mechanical separator. There is a dike around the tank. Identification signs are posted. Locked, chain link fences surround the well and tank battery. The lease road is paved. Well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
1394634995 2014-03-06 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted a status check inspection of this urban Clinton well. My inspection found the wellhead fenced and operating with the aid of a concoil lift system. The gate was not locked and the ID was posted at the wellhead. The well produced through a horizontal separator in the tank battery to a 210 barrel stock tank and a 100 barrel tank. The tank battery was fenced and diked, and the proper ID was posted 210 barrel tank. Well #s 2312 and 2311 also produced to this tank battery. The gate was not locked at the tank battery and the fence is in need of minor repairs to secure access to the tank battery. The country club was recently acquired by the City of Aurora and is being converted into a public park. Two domestic hook ups inside the tank battery were supplying gas to the former clubhouse and the service building being used by the city. Based on the fact that this is a public park, I will speak to Enervest and require them to properly secure the access gates and make needed repairs to the fence so that the production equipment and wellhead are inaccessable to the public. Failure to address the outlined issues will result in the issuance of a compliance notice.
