0000PL6220 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
1504286950 2017-09-01 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to follow-up on a call received by DOGRM Emergency Response Regional Manager Trish Cartmell. A Division of Wildlife Officer had called to report a small leak of oil and natural gas. I spoke with Kyle Ahbel (Enervest) in route to location and he is sending the pumper to this location. I met the pumper, Joey, on location and he had already shut the valves at the wellhead. The leak occurred 180 south of the wellhead, along the flow line, on the west side of the lease road. It was still slightly gassing and he was going to relieve the pressure at the separator. The leak released less than one (1) quart of oil from the flow line and impacted a 12 diameter area above the leak and 3 west of the leak. I had the pumper place Peat-Sorb on the oil and it was locked up by the peat. The separator pressure was relieved and I waited until the gurgling subsided prior to leaving. Enervest will repair the line next week and leave the well shut-in until repairs are completed. The release did not impact any water and does not pose an environmental or safety threat at this time. I will follow-up next week to see if repairs and remedial action have been completed.
1506095827 2017-09-22 Production Wells No Violations Follow-up to a flow line leak that occurred on 9/1/17. I spoke with Kyle Ahbel (Enervest) on 9/8/17 and he told me that the line was repaired. My inspection today found that the area of the leak had been visibly excavated and refilled. I found no evidence of oil on the ground. No violations.
1894509723 2017-07-14 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the well equipped and operating with the aid of a natural gas powered pumping unit. A gauge indicates a pressure of 40psi on the 4.5 production casing and the required ID is posted on the pumping unit. This well produces to a diked tank battery to the south on Booth Road and contains one (1) 210 barrel tank, one (1) 140 barrel tank, and a horizontal separator with an associated meter run. The chart in the meter box indicates a differential production pressure of 35psi. The required ID is posted on the tank. I found no violations at this time.
