0760513197 2018-10-01 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well to determine if the annulus between the 4.5 production casing and 8.626 surface accessible or plumbed to surface prior to the Orphan Well Contractor moving in to remediate the I&O Hodgeman #1 (PN#20441). My inspection found the wellhead fenced and consisting of 4.5 production casing and a four (4) inch casing plunger and lubricator. The flow line valves are currently open and there is a domestic drip bottle and a one (1) inch line in and out of the drip and the valve is open. This well produces to a diked tank battery on location and is fenced and locked. The battery contains one (1) 100 barrel tank, a 50 barrel poly tank, and a vertical separator with an associated meter run. The chart indicates a differential production pressure between 140 and 170psi and a gauge on the flowline indicates a wellhead pressure of 160psi. There is a domestic meter on the separator sales line charged at 21psi. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. This well was drilled prior to HB 278 and the current location does not warrant urban rule enforcement at this time. I contacted Field Supervisor Joe Teppert to request that the surface casing be exposed and gauged to determine if the annulus is over-pressurized. Joe said he would get Scott Miller Contracting (SMC) to location to expose the casing. There are currently no violations.
