0435515852 2014-08-27 Production Wells No Violations I received a call from Gary Porter (9914 Nichols Rd.) concerning a flow line leak at this well. I arrived on location and found the flow line leaking oil and gassing on both sides of the lease road. I met with the landowner and he informed me that he called Dallas White (pumper) the previous day about the leak and he came out and shut the well off. Judging by the amount of active leaking occurring at this time, I determined that the back-pressure regulator on the shared flow line at permit #23397 (Turner-Wilson #2), 1,200 to the east, was not functioning properly and allowing gas and oil to flow in the opposite direction to the area of the leak. I called Dallas White and asked him to come out as soon as possible and shut-in the #2 well. He told me he would be out to shut the well in today and begin clean-up tomorrow. There was approximately 10 gallons of oil on the surface and it has collected in ruts on the lease road. The leak has not impacted any surface waters and is contained to the lease road. I will inspect clean-up operations tomorrow.
1415900551 2014-09-09 Production Wells No Violations I was notified by Dallas White operator for Twin Oaks Oil & Gas that there was a flow line leak at this location and an estimated 1/2 barrels of oil had been released. Upon my inspection there was a trail of oil and water in a rut at the lease road. I installed a small boom across the flow area to contain it till they got there. He said that Rick Marrow and a crew were on there way to clean it up. I instructed him to remove the contaminated soil and fluid and properly dispose of it. I instructed him that the well had to stay shut in until the pipeline was replace. This was the 2nd leak in less than 60 days. The well is equipped wit a pumping unit with an electric motor. Tank battery is equipped with two 100 barrels tanks and two 100 barrel water tanks. ID signs are posted.
1681534858 2004-08-05 Production Wells No Violations Common tank battery with Turner Porter 2 (PN 3397) and Turner Wilson 1 (PN 3382). Violation has been issued to the Turner Porter 2 for leaking stock tanks.
1942912144 2012-07-06 Production Wells No Violations The well head is equipped with a pumping unit that is powered by an electric drop. The area is fenced and the tubing and casing are equalized at 200 psi. This well shares a common seperator and tank pad with the Turner-Wilson #2. The chart was changed on 07/03/2012 and indicates production. The well produces into a 210 barrel tank. The tank pad is fenced and diked. No violations.
1983409183 2014-08-28 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to follow-up on a leaking flow line. Will Bros. Contracting arrived on location to dig up the line and repair the leak. The line was excavated and a small, pinhole leak was found. The 2, steel flow line was clamped and stopped the leak. The contaminated soil was placed in a pile and will be removed tomorrow. I will check back later on clean-up status.
