1368725421 2005-04-15 Production Wells Violations Noted Status check inspection at the request of a Windham Township trustee. There has been a leak at the wellhead that has impacted the surrounding area 20 feet away. I contacted Tim McConahay who stated that a crew was enroute to remediate the spill. Also requested that while one site, the tank battery needed some impacted material removed.
1433180862 2017-09-28 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped and operating with an electric powered pumping unit. A gauge on the tubing tee indicates a tubing pressure of 95psi and a gauge on the 4.5 production casing flow line reads 87psi. The well produces to a diked tank battery north of the wellhead and shared by the Showalter #s 5 & 7 (PN#s 3026 & 3271). The battery contains four (4) 210 barrel tanks, a 50 barrel tank, and three (3) horizontal separators. The battery is fenced and locked and the required IDs are posted here and at the respective wellheads The production chart indicates a differential production pressure of 65psi. I found no violations at this time.
