1489082576 2017-03-09 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check inspection on this well. The well is a swab well and there are no annual production reports submitted. The production and domestic gas valves are closed. The well is not legibly identified. There is record showing this well was plugged on 07-13-1964. After researching the records for well 151-20781 Werstler #3, the plugging permit in the file is for the Werstler #1 which is 151-20592 located North of Werstler #3. I checked the record for well 151-20592 Werstler #1 it was also plugged 07-13-1964. The information in the Plugging permit and Report located in the file of well 151-20781 is identical to the information for 151-20592 (i.e. Formation tops & bottoms, Date TD was reached). There is a production report submitted by the Wiser Oil Company in the record for well 151-20781 it is a FERC-121 dated July 16, 1985. I contacted Tim McConaha (Enervest) and advised him Enervest has 45 days from 03/21/2017 to present a plan to produce or plug the well. Further enforcement action may be taken after 5/5/2017 if the request to present a plan has not been complied with.
