0322190401 2010-10-26 Production Wells No Violations The sawdust pile is gone and the oil booms are still in place in the wetland area. There was no oil observed at the drainage discharge point along the lower lease road. Charlie Youngen (Enervest) informed me that all the oil booms will be removed. The Compliance Notice has been RESOLVED.
0430701999 2010-10-08 Production Wells No Violations Additional oil booms, absorbent pads, and sawdust have been placed in the wetland area. The release is contained and is being remediated.
0970295336 2010-10-05 Production Wells Violations Noted I received a call from Tim McConaha (Enervest) reporting a flowline leak. I inspected the site and met with Don, the pumper, and Charlie Youngen, the production supervisor. Approximately 5 barrels of crude oil was released into a wetland area (40.70826 81.25560) and spread over the water in a 75 diameter release. When I arrived, a vac truck was pulling off crude oil from the wetland. The water in the wetland discharges to the east under the lease road. The discharge water was clean at the time of my inspection. Charlie Youngen will place oil booms at the discharge point. I called Tim McConaha and told him to notify the OEPA. Oil recovery is in progress.
1658536456 2010-10-07 Production Wells No Violations I talked to Tim McConaha today. The OEPA requested that sawdust be placed on the release in the wetland. Sawdust was being spread today.
