Wellhead is intact and consists of 13" with cement in collar, 6 5/8" casing open, but sealed off, 4 1/2" casing on casing clamp, swaged to 2 3/8" tubing, valved, teed with tapped plug and needle valve, side is plugged. Well is situated on open hillside.
2725058 Primary Facility 2018-05-01 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Viols - Permanently Shut Down Keystone Wireline logged well, found TD to be 2852', casing to 1688'. Rig TIH with work string, set two bottom hole plugs in open hole to estimated ~1700'. TOOH with work string.
2725649 Primary Facility 2018-05-02 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Viols - Permanently Shut Down Keystone Wireline unseated packer and pulled all 1024' of the 4 1/2" casing. TIH with wireline, tagged TOC plug at 1630'. Pulled on 6 5/8" casing, but got no stretch. Ran CBL and found several deep and shallow tight spots. Rigging up to run and set CIBP in bottom of 6 5/8" casing. Will perf casing before cementing to surface.
2726127 Primary Facility 2018-05-03 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Viols - Permanently Shut Down Keystone set CIBP in 6 5/8" casing and perforated late yesterday. The remaining cement plug to surface was pumped today. Well took cement, requiring an extra 10 sacks cement to maintain cement at surface.
