Below grade pit located onsite and it had more than two feet of required freeboard. Well was not equipped for production at the time of the inspection. Well-site had not been regraded or reclaimed. Observed a section of the filter fence that had been compromised and was allowing sediment leaden runoff to flow under the fence. At this time the Department is requesting that the operator re-establish the filter fabric fence BMP until final restoration activities are completed at the site and forward documentation that this was addressed no later than July 7, 2009.
