The operator should continue to monitor the site to insure all BMP's are functioning properly until final restoration activities are completed.

Brine tank located onsite and appeared to be in sound condition at the time of the inspection. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation with respect to the access road or well-site. Vegetative cover appeared to meet the 70% uniform coverage criteria.
