1927448 Primary Facility 2010-11-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling appeared to have been completed at the time of the inspection. Below grade pit located onsite. Pit contained drill cuttings & fluids. Pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site.
2041441 Primary Facility 2012-02-09 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 11/09/10. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Site had been properly restored and the vegetative cover met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. The Department recommends that the operator remove the silt fencing located onsite when the weather permits. Additionally the operator should insure that the well is tagged appropriately as soon as possible.
