Site construction and E&S control implementation had been performed in accordance with the E&S plan located onsite. The E&S controls implemented should effectively minimize accelerated erosion and sedimentation provided they are properly maintained. Seeding and mulching pertaining to temporary stabilization should be completed by 06/27/12 according to operator reprsentative Melanie Peligreneli.
