Pit contained minimal drill cuttings and fluids. Pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. E&S plan had been implemented properly and there was no evidence observed of accelerated erosion or sedimentation.
2067675 Primary Facility 2012-05-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well appears to be drilled and Superior Well Services was onsite beginning the stimulation process. The Department notes that at the time of inspection the drill pit located onsite appears to be in sound condition with the required amount of freeboard. At the time of inspection the E&S plan was onsite and appears to properly implemented and maintained. No accelerated erosion observed in relation to the access road or well pad area.

The site appears to meet the 70% uniform vegetative coverage criteria for restoration. The site is restored. The Department notes that the well tag is illegible at the time of inspection. The Department suggests the Operator install a legible well tag at their easiest convenience.
