At the time of inspection site construction was underway. E&S controls were installed as outlined in the plan and no accelerated erosion was observed in relation to the well pad construction or the access road.
2067682 Primary Facility 2012-05-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well appeared to be drilled but not in production. The E&S plan was onsite and implemented as designed. No acceleration was observed in relation to the well pad or the access road. The Department notes that an open drill pit located onsite appears to be in sound condition with the required 2 feet of freeboard.
2082487 Primary Facility 2012-07-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well appeared to be drilled and equipped for production. The E&S plan was onsite and implemented as designed. No acceleration was observed in relation to the well pad or the access road. The Department notes that at the time of inspection the Operator was in the process of restoring the site. The Department suggests the Operator leave the BMP's installed until the site has been restored. The Department also suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure erosion and sedimentation is kept at a minimum.
