The pipe was cemented with Class A of 460 sacks with 48 bbl. Return. The 9 5/8” pipe was set at 3555 feet. Cement of pipe was completed with 1325 sks of Class AI and 66 bbl. Return. The drilling was continued to the Onondaga formation at 7460 feet.

At the time of the inspection, no E&S concerns and no freeboard issues were present at the site. Conductor pipe (26”) was set at 40 ft. and was cemented in. 13 3/8” pipe was set at 895 feet. The pipe was cemented with Class A of 1370 sacks with 61 bbl. Return. Top of coal seam was 284’ to 288’. Basket set at 260’. The 9 5/8” pipe was set at 3580 feet. Cement of pipe was completed with 1250 sks of Class A and 35 bbl. Return.

All E&S controls had been implemented properly and there was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road. Impoundments located onsite and they both contained fluids and had more than the required freeboard. Work was underway to empty the impoundments of their fluid contents and solids to prepare them for liner removal and regrading.
