At time of inspection, auger rig on-site. Wells 1H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, and 6H have been spudded. Wells 7H and 8H to be spudded today.

2750651 Primary Facility 2018-07-11 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted This well was spudded on 7/6/2018. The cellar is 6'X6'. The conductor hole was drilled to 37' and has 37' of 30' pipe installed and cemented to surface. The well has been covered with a steel plate for safety until the top hole Rig arrives.
2756199 Primary Facility 2018-07-26 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted This well was spudded on 7/6/2018. The cellar is 6'X6'. The conductor hole was drilled to 37' and has 37' of 30' pipe installed and cemented to surface. The well has been covered with a steel plate for safety until the top hole Rig arrives.

On the date of this next inspection the Rig was at a total depth of 2241' and was running 2221' of 9 5/8" casing at the time of this inspection. All equipment and paperwork on site looked ok.

2793601 Primary Facility 2018-10-24 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted The Rig had TD'd this top hole portion of the well at 5979' and was moving off site at the time of this inspection. All drilling log information and all equipment on site looked ok.

On this return date, the Patterson Finishing Rig is moving on the well pad and setting up to resume drilling the final lateral leg of this well and the rest of the 8 wells on this pad. The drillers log and permit copies are on site and all equipment looks ok.

2802720 Primary Facility 2018-11-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Present during inspection is operator rep Rod Bennett.

According to Department records, this well was spud on 7-5-18. At time of inspection drilling actively taking place on well 2H. According to Mr. Bennett, wells 3H and 4H have been drilled and cemented and drilling will begin on well 1H next week. Mr. Bennett also states that operator intends to drill wells 5H, 6H, 7H, and 8H on this pad.
