One well head staged for production with a well tag. Well with permit number 015-20084 is also in active status though this well is not staged for production.

One moderately corroded GPU present. One double-walled fiberglass produced water tank is present and in good condition. An air compressor unit is present on the pad.

PCSM structures are installed and appear to be functioning as designed. Pad side slopes and the area surrounding the access road within the LOD are well-vegetated and stable.

Site is stable. No E&Sissues noted. No violations noted.
