The site PPC and Control and Disposal Plan was located in the site mailbox on the site ID sign on the access road to the site. The stockpile of contaminated soil form the corrosion inhibitor release on 3-6-12 remains on containment and covered in the south section of the Well Pad next to the earthen perimeter containment berm for the site as Chesapeake awaits landfill disposal.

2719555 Primary Facility 2018-04-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived at 11:00. Weather: cold and windy. There are two producing wells on this location. Both appear to be two-string design.
2727743 Primary Facility 2018-05-09 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted The eSubmission Post Drilling Site Restoration Report was submitted to the DEP on 5/2/2018. Based on inspection report 2658960 and 2523552 the Post Drilling Restoration report was accepted on 5/9/2018.
2852237 Primary Facility 2019-03-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived onsite for a routine inspection at 11:13; the weather was ~40°F, calm, and clear. The gate was open when I arrived.

There were 2 properly tagged Marcellus wells staged for production. There were 2 GPUs, 2 sand separators, and 1 double-walled produced water tank onsite and not in secondary containment.

Overall, the site was well vegetated and appeared stable. It appeared that water on the pad was properly draining through the cut section of the containment berm and into the infiltration area. No major E&S issues were noted during the inspection.

As I was starting to walk back to the truck the landowner drove onto the pad, got out, and approached me. He was concerned because he said people were in his field and they were dumping trash. However, at that time he had no other concerns about the pad and the dumping was not related to Chesapeake.

No violations noted.
