2598873 Primary Facility 2017-05-30 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted I arrived on-site @ 09:20 hrs. in response to a deficient tank notification received on 5/26/17. The damaged tank was still present in containment; water that had collected in the containment had an electrical conductance of 5.09 mS/cm. Water outside of the containment did not appear to show elevated electrical conductance (.250- .570 mS/cm). A new fiberglass tank was present near the GPUs, not in containment. I contacted Eric Haskins of Chesapeake, and he informed me that it was a double walled tank. Chesapeake plans to replace all of their steel tanks with these tanks, but will be placing them in containment in the future. I departed the site @ 10:05 hrs.
